Sorry about that. Heat and bond is a product you can get at craft stores in the sewing section. It helps kind of stiffen the fabric a little so you can cut it easier.

Good tips here! The multi cut and deep cutting blade work the best. And taping it down is helpful as well. I love to do this to make my own "thickers"!

A few tips for you...
Cut an image that is not super detailed.
Apply heat and bond to one side of the felt.
Place it felt down on your mat and use low tack tape such as masking tape to help hold it in place as you cut.
This will help the cut be a bit more clean.
