Re: You can play connect the dots...

I'm another that has horrible reactions to any kind of bite. I carry an after bite pen with me all the time. I've got like 6 of them and keep them everywhere. It honestly is the only thing I've found that works for me. My kids have bad reactions too, swelling, knots, redness and sometimes even blist...

Re: Scrap-A-Day, July 7th

Gorgeous projects!

I started a layout yesterday that I had hoped to finish today, but my time has been taken by other things. :(
Hopefully I can finish it up tomorrow.

Re: ?? have you used a figure 8 punch thingy??

I have two and they are really simple & easy to use. The only negatives I have are that they only cut the pattern coreectly on a 12 x 12 sheet and they are quite large so harder to store. Would I buy them again, yes. I really like the effect but wish that they were available to cut smaller size...

Re: Bowl Full of Cherries

Speaking from someone who drove 20+ miles to get to school my senior year so I didn't have to change schools, your daughter will appreciate it (even though it sometimes sucks). It helped me in lots of ways, I'm not at all afraid to drive long distances, love road trips and got to stay with my friend...

Re: ?? have you used a figure 8 punch thingy??

there are a couple video demos on youtube, they look really cool. I do know a couple friends who have them and I haven't heard any complaints.

Re: Good Morning June 23

Our normal Saturday activities are out since my mom is sick and can't watch the kids. So we decided to head into the city and do a little shopping and run some errands. Now we are home, the kids are in bed and I hope to scrap a bit tonight.

Re: Using the right stuff

I guess I have that problem, but it is mostly forgetting to use rub-on's and stickers that I have. When I buy stuff with a certain theme in mind (which is rare, but does occasionally happen) I tend to make a kit of the stuff and keep it together. Things like disney, racing, etc. Most of my stuff is ...

Re: What weight paper?

I guess I'm not picky. I just use whatever I have around, sometimes even patterned paper.

Re: Good Morning June 7

Happy Anniversary Lori! I haven't been around in awhile. I don't know where my time is going except with kids, doctors, sickness and the like I seem to be failing at everything else. Actually, my husband has had some excess time and has been getting home early so I've been spending some extra time w...

Re: Good Morning May 19

Not really sure. My husband hurt his back a few days ago and he still isn't feeling up to par. So we probably won't do anything. But my scrap area is still wet from the flooding in our basement, so I don't think I'll be able to scrap either. Guess I'll just have a lazy day with the kids.

Re: So last night - - -

wow - these are all so beautiful. My yard has thigh high grass and poison ivy. LOL! All I can say is it is a work in progress. I honestly think I've only had one thing bloom so far this year and I didn't get a picture of it. One of these days I'm going to get my yard cleaned up and pretty, but these...

Re: Usually I *l clean* my scraproom before crops here...

mine is a wreck, but it isn't with anything good. It's junk that I have yet to put away from my trip and then I cleaned the bar in the kitchen and added a basket of stuff that belonged downstairs. That is on tomorrow's to do list.

I am home - and I am worn out!

I probably didn't mention it, but I took my kids and my parents to upstate NY to visit my grandmother. My dad is recently diagnosed with Parkinson's (although I think he has had it for a couple years now, just wouldn't go to the doctor). He has good days and bad days, but most importantly our person...
