I'm a Texas girl, born and raised. I work from home as a software developer and LOVE IT. I've been scrapping since 2009. I enjoy it and its a great stress releaser for me. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 17 years (but we've been together since 2001) with no children, but my husband has a 30 yr old son from a previous marriage. I have 4 furbabies. Miss Penny Lane - an 11 year old am-staff mix we rescued 10 years ago from the streets; Mr. Jackson - a 7 yr old kitty who we discovered on our porch swing at the age of 3 months old; and Jasmine Grace & Shelby Lynn - 7 year old Pyradors that we adopted from our local humane society in Spring of 2017.

My gallery is busting at the seams with layouts featuring my furbabies (past and present) as well as my 4 nephews who are all under the age of 6!

I started as an 8.5x11 scrapper and eventually graduated to 12x12. I will always love Basic Grey and my current loves include Echo Park, Simple Stories and PhotoPlay. I diddle in some mixed media. I rarely sew on my layouts. I have been on 3 design teams in the past - Nuts About Sketches (2012 to 2014), Sketches in Thyme (2015 to 2017) and Sketch-n-Scrap (2015 to 2018).
