need help with debian

Post by mike776 »

Hello all,
I use to use cacti before and everything was working fine.
Now I got debian again but is new instalation, I install it last week. I try to install cacti by apt-get install cacti everything seems to work fine , but there is no graphs. No files in /usr/share/cacti/site/rra.
Then I uninstall it and install it from tar.gz file. Still no graphs. This is my cacti.log file:

crazy

Post by joudatfd »

this sounds crazy, but can you please try to link /usr/bin/perl, /usr/bin/snmpwalk and /usr/bin/rrdtool into /

i have two installations of cacti (first time on these computers) and it worked (still don't know why, paths to binaries in db seems to be ok)

I still have problems with the graphs.
I reinstall cacti and then I ran this command as www-data user:
debian:/usr/share/cacti# su www-data
debian:/usr/share/cacti$ php /usr/share/cacti/poller.php >/usr/share/cacti/rra/pooler.log
No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
Cannot find module (NONE): At line 0 in (none)

then I check the log file I just created:
debian:/usr/share/cacti/rra# vi pooler.log
