No Graph with Apache

I Have a problem with the installation of cacti, graph show nothing except a X:

Windows XP
Cacti 0.8.6g
Cactid 0.8.6f
Apache 2
PHP 4.4.0
mysql-4.0.26-win32
rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.4 (Of website-cacti )
net-snmp-5.2.2.pre1-1

I can access to cacti website and declare a cisco Router but when i want to see the graph there is nothing.

If I write php - m returns this:

When i Lanch the command

there is the return

X-Powered-By: PHP/4.4.0

But i can't have any graph
I have nothing in the log file !!
Can you help me ?

1) Update your rrdtool
2) You're using the wrong poller. It's in ./cacti/poller.php

I upgrade with a new rrdtool and changed the path => It's working !!!

I'm confused with the path, but for my personnal culture why there is a second poller in the lib directory ?
