Monitor Cacti itself

Post by opm »

Dear Developers,

might it be possible to include methods to monitor cacti itself?

I want to monitor:
- poller runtime
- number of hosts
- number of Datasources
- Size of Database
- Size of rra directory

Yes of cause I can build this monitorings my self on based on scripts, but getting these scripts to work with the exisiting doku isn't quite easy.

Perhaps there can be added a couple of those features Out of the Box?

Thanks a lot

Cacti is a greatefull frontend to RRA and much faster than MRTG - Thanks for developing such a great software!
