Graph but not show nothing

Post by hatiras »

Help me Forum, I Have a problem with the installation of cacti, graph but not show nothing:

Windows XP
Cacti 0.8.6g
Cactid 0.8.6e
IIS 5.1
PHP 4.4.0
mysql-4.0.20d-win
rrdtool-cygwin-1.2.9 (Of website-cacti )
Without NET-SNMP (I am not thinking about needing it)

I install everything in conformity with the manual but have problems with the php.ini (extension=php_snmp.dll and php_sockets.dll) and erase this lines (see msg - errordlls.jpg ).

I add the MIBDIRS, PHPRC but when add the PATH does not recognize nothing command as ping,
ipconfig, nbtstat, etc., say "ping" no se reconoze como un comando interno o externo If I
eliminate it allows me to use them, Also it generates a mistake every 5 minutes for the poller.php and says "perl" no se reconoze
como un comando interno o externo, I think that it is for the previous thing (of PATH line),
But if I do not put the PATH line not recognize the filter of php4isapi.dll in my iis
and not work the web site.

If I write php - m returns this:

C:\php>php -m
[PHP Modules]
bcmath
calendar
com
ctype
ftp
mysql
odbc
overload
pcre
session
standard
tokenizer
wddx
xml
zlib

[Zend Modules]

If I write c:\php\php c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\poller.php returns this:
Content-type: text/html
OK u:0.03 s:0.06 r:1.65

wow, there are so many things wrong....

1) You need to make sure you followed the install guide. Make sure the path you specified for the php dll's are correct in php.ini so snmp.dll will load.

2) Missing basic commands such as ping, ipconfig, etc is a big problem. Make sure you have your basic system path correct ( PATH=C:\WINDOWS\system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\System32\Wbem;)

3) You need perl installed if you plan on using perl scripts.

4) You have only told cacti to use LINUX scripts on a Windows box. That will not work. Delete them all and start over. Try something basic like SNMP - Interface under associated data query.

Turn the logging level in cacti to debug for one cycle and take a look in the log. You'll see whats causing the error(s) and why you're not getting any graphs.
