Unable to see graphs - broken links

Post by lebbra »

Hi!!

I'm not showing any graphs, they display as broken links. I'm working with RH 8.0, i have instaled php, php-mysql, php-snmp and Apache 2.

In Graphs --> Edit Graph Items --> Turn Graph Output Preview On
show me

ERROR: opening '/var/www/html/cacti/rra/bgp_7206x1_72_7_2.rrd': No such file or directory

For this file I have the following permissions:

drwxr-xr-x 2 apache apache 4096 Nov 6 13:15 rra

I appreciate its collaboration

Regards,

RRD files are created by cmd.php. It is run as a cron job so you need to give write access rights for cron user as well (right now only apache can write as I can see).
