LLSMGR.exe

Has anyone seen Cacti cause the LLSMGR.exe process to start and not stop. I have one Windows 2000 server out of 37 devices, 25 other Windows servers, that is having resource issues because the LLSMGR.exe process is loaded every time cacti does its scheduled poll and the process doesn't stop. After a few hours I have dozens of instances of this process running.

Does anyone know how to stop this?

I got that from Google also but wasn't sure if it was the same issue. I will try it.
