SmokePing - Auto Host or IP ?

Hello to all,

i'm using smokeping and i want to know how i can automaticly draw graph without entering the host ip (in data source) and the data source will get the IP or Hostname from DEVICE ?
I saw that there in Data Template wrote : "Value will be delived from host if the field will empty", but it doesn't happen. How can i fix that ?
