Try enabling file_uploads = On in php.ini.

Are you running the latest version of cacti with patches?

Bingo, kinda. Upload directory didn't exist.

That's what I get for using the installer instead of a manual install. :(

I get about the same error, but can not find the exact answer. And I can not import as wel. This is my error msg:

Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\php7.tmp in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 59

Warning: fread() [function.fread]: Length parameter must be greater than 0. in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 59

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php:59) in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\templates_import.php on line 67

What can be wrong?

W2k3 SP1 Cacti 0.8.6f.

Looks like you specified c:\windows\temp to be the upload location? If so, then you need to make sure the ISUR has read/write rights to that folder.

What versions of stuff are you running?
