I am not getting any data in when I poll my "localhost" of which the SNMP-service has been disabled (as instructed when using net-snmp). The localhost reports status "down" and "SNMP-error" in its properties tab.
The output of my scheduled poller task is (viewable on CMD):
09/08/2005 04:01:00 PM - POLLER: Poller[0] DEBUG: About to Spawn a Remote Process [CMD: c:/php/php.exe, ARGS: -q c:\apache2\htdocs\cacti/cmd.php 0 1]
Waiting on 1/1 pollers.
C:/net-snmp/etc/snmp/snmp.conf: line 2: Warning: Unknown token: persistentDir.
C:/net-snmp/etc/snmp/snmp.conf: line 3: Warning: Unknown token: tempFilePattern.
Waiting on 1/1 pollers.

SOFTWARE USED:
PHP4.4
NET-SNMP 5.1

APACHE 2
MYSQL 4.1
Cacti 0.8.6f

1) Should I worry about the net-snmp messages?
2) What is this waiting for the poller?

Waiting on is normal. However, you should edit the snmp.conf file and remove those 2 lines from it.
