Cacti 0.8.6f: No graphs for SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions

Post by nomercy »

Hi,

I'm using Cacti 0.8.6f (polling via cmd.php) with MySQL 4.0.16 and PHP 4.3.8. Adding "SNMP - Get Mounted Partitions" in "Associated Data Queries" for a server gives me "Success [21 Items, 3 Rows]" and creating graphs also works fine (I get a overview of all mounted partitions). The problem is, that no graph(ic) is being created. After doing some debugging, I found out, that it doesnt create any RRD files whats probably the reason why there are no graphs but I dont know which further debugging I can do.

Regards,
Michael

Did you uncomment the disk settings in snmp.conf? and reload the snmpd daemon on the computer being monitored?

default settings (@ line 313)
# disk / 10000

remove the "#" and/or add what partitions you want to monitor

disk /boot 10000 # useful to monitor space used by kernel installs
disk / 10000
disk /var 10000 # logs & other shit
disk /home 10000 # where your users put their shit
disk /data 10000 # as it sounds
