How it is possible to adjust monitoring by means of ping units not supporting SNMP?

Whether it is possible by means of " Smoke Ping " pings devices not supporting SNMP. At addition of such device in Device menu mistake "SNMP error" stands out.

Hi

if you leave the SNMP community empty for a device, SNMP will not be used.
You'lle be able to ping these devices with a script run from the Cacti poller.
