Is there a way to link CACTI graphs/stats to another page by a requestquery string that has the server name in it? For example, I have an app that displays all the asset information and work order history for a server but I would also like to integrate the CACTI information. The way that each asset gets queried is via a request that goes to the webpage. Is there a requestname that I can use to grab the information for that particular Server / ASset in CACTI.
Is there a module that will take care of this if there is no functionality for that.
Cacti integration to another application written in ASP

They only way I can think of getting this to work, would be to write a php page that you pass a hostname to that would lookup the hostname and then redirect to the graph_view with the correct host_id.
