No graphs for cpu values over 100.

Post by drohr »

Thought this was an easy one. As I'm running a machine with multi cpus, a "user" value could easily go over 100. The max default setting was 100. Changed that to 400, but still don't get graphs for values over 100.

Must I delete the orginial RRD-files? Can't I just update the data template?

Using the ucd/net CPU Usage templates.

Tested to add a new graph with the same stuff, and that worked. No way to modify an old graph with a "new" max-setting? Seems like a change doesn't do anything.

Hi

you'll have to use the "tune" function of RRDtool :

Code: Select all

$ rrdtool foo.rrd -a --maximum dsname:maxvalue

rrdtool tune foo.rrd -a dsname:maxvalue
