snmp data no graph

I try one of the memory used OIDs and all looks fine. The log also shows that the file has been written too.
it is the GET smp data data input

in INTERNAL: [192.168.100.107 public] OID: [.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.48.1.1.1.6.1]
the log :
/usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/html/cacti-0.6.8/rra/mempixvpn.rrd --template mempixvpn N:44892160

if i use :
usr/local/rrdtool/bin/rrdtool fetch mempixvpn.rrd AVERAGE

I get this output :
1022682300: 0.00000000000e+00
1022682600: 0.00000000000e+00
1022682900: 0.00000000000e+00
1022683200: 0.00000000000e+00
1022683500: 0.00000000000e+00
1022683800: 0.00000000000e+00


and nothing in the graph!!!
if i made in external,by root :

Do you have properly set Minimum and Maximum (especially this one)Values in DS settings? If you memory usage exceeds the limit then data is not written into rrd file.

i have set Minimum and Maximum good, very hight for max

but if i make, by root, external :

usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/html/cacti-0.6.8/rra/mempixvpn.rrd --template mempixvpn N:44892160

then i have :
1022683800: 4.2124554561e+06

and it graph !!
