Cacti WIKI

Post by cylam »

Will there be a Cacti WIKI here? I think the Cacti's user base is big enough to build a decent WIKI.

Wiki is up, but it is up for pricipally developers right now. Sort of a scratch pad.

Well, I see.
But I think there are lots of advantages for a wiki. FAQ, walkthrough's or even a new way to keep user templates up to date. Myself, I would love to support the product by contributing to a wiki. Even by "recompiling" some of already posted items. Of course there has to be some structure at the beginning ...

We are currently looking into a online documentation system, simular to php online documentation, which support user comments.

Wiki, I like the idea, yes, but I worry about administration. ;)
