libc.so.6 error,anyone would like to help me?

I have been installed cacti ,but it can't creat image.I turned on Graph Debug Mode. Then I get a message:

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/cacti/rra/core_switch_traffic_in_8.rrd': No such file or directory
------------------------
I try to execute "php polloer.php" to resolv it ,but I get an error like this:

./php: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3.4' not found (required by /usr/lib/libnetsnmp.so.5)

My system is Redhat Enterprise 3 +apache 2.0.54+php 5.04

There appears to have been problems with glibc lately. I think you need to update glibc and reinstall net-snmp. Google the forums using "glibc" and you should get your answer.
