how to configure de input fields???

Hi i'm new wih cacti and i'm trying to retrieve the number o rows from a mysql table. (php script from www.cacti.net) but i can't to configure the input fields <database> and <table_name>. Please i need a help with this!!!! The .rrd are refresh but i can't see the graph line!!!! I dont know if i configure the input field:

input string: php <path_cacti>/scripts/my_sql_count_rows.php <monitoracao> <mdp>

Input Fields Name
monitoracao
mdp

Where i put the input parameters for the script????
