Specific Request for Cisco Router

Post by a2line59 »

I have cisco's routers on my network and all these routers have a guaranteed flow (for the most 680 in inbound and 180 in outbound, but someone have another flow as 512 in inbound and 128 in outbound)
i want a line on each graph. This line must give the flow for inbound.
I don't know how add this line ? if someone can help me ...

thanks

sorry my english is not very good ...

on each router i obtain traffic in and traffic out
for this router traffic in is 500 Kbits / second
on this router as you can see i am over 500 kbits / second during sometime
so to see exactly when i am over this traffic i want add a line that is traffic guaranteed by my provider

i use cacti 0.8.6c with cactid
PHP 4.3.11
MySQL 4.1.11
rrdtool 1.0.49

i hope that this time i have more explain what i want.

thanks

a2line59,

when you will only need a line marking your max. output/input rate
you can add a hrule at 512K to your graph template.

If I understand correctly you might need TWO templates... since it seems that you have two values that need to be defined (680/180 and 512/128)

But as Pumpi said you need an HRULE
uname -a
