Graphs not showing (Solved)

Post by coutts99 »

When I go to view my graphs in my graph tree they all show up blank, if I click on the graph it does actually display the data.

E.g.

http://*.*.*.*/cacti/graph_image.php?local_graph_id=285&rra_id=0&view_type=tree&graph_start=1118840290&graph_end=1118926690

Produce a blank graph (no graph at all shows up), whereas

http://*.*.*.*/cacti/graph_image.php?local_graph_id=285&rra_id=0

Displays the graph.

Any ideas anyone?

ERROR: Garbage ':06:56 To 2005/06/16 14:06:56\c' after command:
COMMENT:From 2005/06/15 14:06:56 To 2005/06/16 14:06:56\c

Confirm you RRDtool version setting in Cacti matches the version of RRDtool that you are running. Trust me, it's not set right.. ;)

Once you upgrade to at least 0.8.6d, you will goto Settings->General and set your RRDtool version accordingly and you will then be all set.
