Status Down

Post by shadow1975 »

I am trying to monitor a couple of boxes from cisco switches too firewall boxes. I am finding that even though gets information about what the device is it shows as status down and therefore cannot graph any of the data from the devices. It shows that it has interfaces connected to it but when select them to be graphed no data comes back.

thanks in advance

The device probably isnt responding to icmp queries. Either fix that or change the poller downtime detection in Cacti to only snmp.
