rrd not found ...

I am new to cacti but i spend a lots of time on it and i would like some answers :

so i ll post here my 1st question

explain me this plz ?
because when i try this command manually i have a
duplicate DS_NAME error (i think this is normal)

(i had to create the .rrd manually with a command without the duplicate DS_NAME, but why cacti ask rrdtool this command ?)
