Some graphs are no more working

Hi guys,

Since yesterday at 4pm one of my graphs is not working anymore.

The graph still exist, the rrd files are updated but with a value of 0.

My version of Cacti is 0.6.8 which is quite old i admit but it was working perfectly until yesterday.

When i do a "Refresh interface" on that router, it ends up with no more interfaces under "View Gathered Interfaces".
I did check on my router at the same time with snmp debugs and the requests are dealt with and a reply is sent to the server.

I did try an snmpwalk on the router from the linux box itself and i get the interfaces with the same command that is used by clicking "Refresh Interfaces"

If anybody can help that will be much appreciated.

I take the occasion to ask if there is a way to upgrade from my version to the last one smoothly.
The box as never been upgraded because we do have 500 routers configured with many links on each so it will be a huge task to recreate them all.
