problem after install

Hello... I wonder if anyone is getting the following error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'cactiuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in C:\apache2\htdocs\cacti\lib\adodb\drivers\adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 339

I checked everything and everyrhing seems ok... any clues?
