Authentication when linking directly to a graph(-tree)

Post by hcpr »

Hi, In User management there is a setting called Login Options which seems to imply that it's possible to link directly to a graph, get the login page and the be redirected to the graph. Is this a feature that works?

I can't get this to work properly. If I link to say I do get the login page, and I log in as a user that has Login Option set to "Show the page that user pointed their browser to. " what I get to after the login is the page In other words the parameters to the graph_view.php script are lost.

Is there any way to get this to work?

Thanks

Ahh, good to know.

The bugpage says this is for the guest user, just to be clear, I'm seeing this with "normal" users as well.

I think I'll just not tell people they can bookmark graphs until this is fixed in some later version. It's probably the most exersise some of them are going to get anyway :D

Thanks

If I remember correctly, the way the bug is, it only affects the first visit to the graph_view.php page, authenicated as a guest or a user. So, yes, I wouldn't be surprised if you saw it with authenticated users.
