Monitoring & Reporting

Hey,

I`ve been looking into some monitoring/reporting utilities for cacti.
Unfortunally i wasn`t able to find a good stable tool for reporting monthly usage with graphs and all.
I know cacti does day/week/month/year reporting in graphs.
But a big option i am missing at the moment is to billing reports for monthly usage for each switch port I poll.
With cricket I had this seperate poller running for this purpose which emailed me the port nr`s and usage done by the ports over a monthly bases.
There for i would like to request an billing option for cacti.

I also want to note to maybe intergrade some features from remstats in cacti.

remstats has some features that would be a nice addon to cacti.

- alert-monitor
- ping-monitor
- topology-monitor

- availability report
- rrd reporting
