Java charts?

Has anyone thought about- or implemented Jfreechart or Jrobin using RRDTool? Does anyone think that these charts might be useful in the cacti project?

I've only begun my research on the jfreechart, but I can definatly see applications for these.

JROBIN, a famous toolset too!
I had to develop a Network-Tool which does more syslogd and snmptrapd-functions and Message-Handling than snmpwalking. I build an jrobin-Servlet for generating the jrobin-graphs.
.... for polling of Interface-Stats i allways use jrobin in my tool.

If someone wants to have the code for the servlet, .. i can provide you with it.
.... but I´m a java-newbie.
Features of JROBIN:
- Platform-Indepedent-RRD (rrdtool is not platform-Inde..)
- Converting of rrdtools-rrd to jrobin-rrd possible
- rrd-analyzer included
- it´s used by opennms.org
