Drag and Drop Graph Tree

I am sure this would be way out there but the ability to rearrange devices in a graph tree mulitple levels at a time.

I have almost 200 sites that are broken down by states. When I add one to my state container I then have to numerically arrange it. With this many devices it is quite time consuming moving it one level at a time.
