SNMP errors running cmd.php?

Post by Frenck »

When I run the cmd file, I am getting this errors:

usage: snmpget [opts] host community object-identifier [object-identifier ...]
valid opts are:
-p <port> - port to use; default port 161
-T <timeout> - initial timeout in ms; default is 300 ms
-R <retries> - # of retries; default is 6 retries
ERROR: min must be less than max in DS definition
ERROR: unknown option '-v'

X-Powered-By: PHP/4.1.2
Content-type: text/html

The result is that I don't have networks traffic graphs.
How to solve this one?

With kind regards,

What version of net-snmp are you running? I have heard that cacti has problems with the 5.x version.

If the following command works for you, then there should not be a problem.
snmpwalk localhost public .
ucd-snmp version 4.23 always works great for me.
