i Never got it to work have been trying for 2 weeks so far

I am very new to cacti , but never success hopefully that i am not that stupied

i have windows 2000 pro
MYSQL 5 installed on c:\mysql
PHP 5 installed on c:\php
Apache 2 installed on c:\apache2

RRDtool latest
Net-SNMP latest
when i point my browser to localhost/cacti
i get a list of files and folder for the cacti contents when i click on index.php i get a window saying if u want to save or open like a downloading thing

any help appreciated

I don't see the php.ini. Have you added the PHP module lines in the apache config file (httpd.conf)?
