why cacti ceate rrd file with "Duplicate DS name"

I create a new graph for my cisco 3750.but I couldn't find the rrd file in "cacti/rra" dir.

I try to Debug the data source and gained these code:

There are Duplicate DS name in my code,so rrdtool couldn't create the rrd file.
my question is:
why cacti create Duplicate DS name?
how to delete the Duplicate DS name?
