The poller is not running, confirm you scheduler settings and check that the user running the poller has permission to the rra and log directories.

Settings->General-Poller Logging Level

Then, open command window, change directories to Cacti webroot, and run "php poller.php". Output will partially by in STDOUT and the remainder will be in "System Utilities->View Poller Cache".

I followed exactly this installation http://www.fb2i.net/article.php3?id_article=18
but it does not work.
Besides, when I try to launch the task manually it does not work.
Windows does not manage to launch the task int the scheduler.
The code of error is 0x0
From tomorrow I would send you my file cacti log output in debug mode
Thanks to all for the help

I tried running this command line
C:\Program Files\EasyPHP1-7\php\php.exe C:\Cacti\cacti-0.8.6c\poller.php
and it returned the following error.

'php' is not a recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

if i tried again running this command line
php -m
and it returned the following error.

'php' is not a recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file

There must be something else wrong. Add the php.exe binary path to your system path.
