Your question is a bit vague ...

• What version of cacti are you using? On which platform?
  What data do you want to graph (traffic, CPU, memory ...)?
  What machine do you want to monitor (local cacti machine, remote using SNMP ...)?
  What graph templates do you use?
  What's the upper limit in the graph templates and what is the maximum valid data value?

If you could answer this questions it would make our job a little bit easier
