I can't create new rrd files

Windows XP
Cacti 0.8.6c
Cactid 0.8.6.c
I cant create rrd files.

TFC,

You have been posting long enough to know that RRD files are updated using "poller.php", why aren't you running that?

OK I delete everything and install all..
Now here is the result of C:\php>php.exe c:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\poller.php
and
C:\php>php.exe c:\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\cmdr.php

Please verify that you are not running php in safe mode. Also, please verify that you have the correct modules included: php_snmp, php_sockets, php_mysql.

I searched my system . I cant found php_mysql.dll
Maybe cause of problem is this.
How can Find this module?
