NBAR on Windows 2003

I am trying to get NBAR stats in cacti but when I run the verbose query from the web interface I get :

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 490

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\lib\data_query.php:490) in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\host.php on line 104

Any ideas here? It all seems to work from the command line.
