RDD does not make a new host!

My RDD does not make a new host, why?
I get this message when i rehash my poller.php

ERROR: opening '/usr/local/share/cacti/rra/ws_nyhusern_com_traffic_in_53.rrd':
No such file or directory

It looks like the cacti program is not makeing any new hosts

Cacti: cacti-0.8.6b
OS: FreeBSD
PHP: 4. 4.3

did you check the rights on rra directory ?

Cacti user must be able to read/write/ in rra directory.
