no grpah in tree mode but there is in preview mode

I installed cacti in ubuntu and it is working fine, I add all devices and graphs but the problem that I cant find any graph in Tree mode where I can find graphs based on the location but the graphs available in preview mode.

Mangement -> device -> select devices -> Place on the tree (bottom menu)
