Hi All,
We were trying to test the steps for rollback the poller from spine to cmd based , however we are not able to get the cmd poller running successfully. Running cmd.php directly is working for couple of devices but then get stopped in 5 mins as per the max interval settings.
To rollback, we have updated the poller type in web console settings and restarted the httpd service.
Kindly advise what are the process to rollback to cmd in addition to above if I have missed

switch to cmd, you can configure Data collection -> Data collectors -> number of processes. It can help. Check cacti logs for errors and warning.bk12 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 12:14 pm Hi All,

Why you can try chnge poller from spine to cmd? Spine is more powerful than cmd

Hi Macan,
Thanks for reply. We have faced some issues with Spine, the connectivity was not working so wanted to switch to last working configuration which was cmd. However that has stopped working, so wanted to understand how to troubleshoot.
