Error logs in Cacti and Weathermap Permission denied

Hello,

i need your help

Cacti works fine,
i installed Weathermap plugin but when i click on whethermap tab, i have a message : echec 401 permission dineid, please contact your cacti administrator.
when i check cacti log, i have messages below :

my OS is RedHat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo)
my cacti is in 1.2.26 version
my weathermap is in 0.98a version.
my php is in PHP 7.4.33 version

Is there a install package or do we need to just over write the existing install?
