try repopulate poller cache, ideally from cli directory
php /path/to/cacti/cli/rebuild_poller_cache.php

If the credentials were correct, the error should not occur.

Show result of SQL query:
select snmp_version,snmp_community,snmp_port,snmp_timeout from host where hostname='10.32.8.10';

If php-snmp is installed, remove it and restart https/apache and php-fpm if installed.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
