AVTech Room Alert 3S

I have an AVTech Room Alert 3S sensor I am trying to graph the temperature on using Cacti.
I have the proper OID listings in the Data Source template but Cacti keeps telling me NAN for the data
If I browse out to the actual IP address the Room alert tells me the current temp, but I want to graph it via cacti.
Suggestions?

Can't really help without more info. Have you done an SNMP Walk of the device? Have you tried using the Data Source Troubleshooter on the console page?

Thank you for engaging, yes, I have done an SNMP walk, as such I am certain of the OID's needed yet it is not seeming to gather any information at all on the cacti server.
