RDC and spine

I have two Remote Data Collectors and they used cmd.php . I install spine in main poller and two RDCes. Then I introduce their path and manipulate spine.conf:
in main poller I only manipulate DB* and manipulate RDB_ and DB_ variables in RDCes.
But they can't get data. Then I roll back to cmd poller.
Please guide me to use spine and I get data from my devices.
