Problem with Cacti 1.3.0

Hi All,

I am a new user to test with Cacti. Currently, I am facing some problems with Cacti. May I ask if someone can help me?

1) I try to set to send a re-alert email (maybe after 5 minutes for the first email about detected system down) with the re-alert period is 5 minutes. After I save and do some testing and I cannot get any re-alert email or message in the system. What should I do to fix it?

2) I had got the email about the system is up successfully but the data about "Last Date Checked UP" is not normal (while the "Device Previously DOWN for" seams normal). How should I fix that?

3) Sometimes I got an email about : "Cron is out of sync with the Poller Interval for Poller[Main Poller]! The Poller Interval is 300 seconds, with a maximum of a 300 seconds, but 303(or 305) seconds have passed since the last poll!". How do I fix it?

If you are new to Cacti, then please stick to stable releases (1.2.x). v1.3 is not stable and shouldn't be used at this point.
