Syslog Plugin 3.1 issue with version 1.2.23

Dear Cacti Support team

we have installed the 1.2.23 Cacti version and Syslog plugin version 3.1 installed. PHP version 8.1
Errors have been attached

You might want to pull the develop version. I've been meaning to do a bunch of releases, but timing is everything and all my time has been on Weathermap these days. I'm running the develop and is working perfectly on PHP 8.2 and 1.2.24.

Replace your config.php in the plugin directory withe the dist version but make sure setting are correct. Make sure you are running develop version.
