My scenario with cacti and RDC

I need to run a Main server and I have 6 Data Center and core switches in my data center, and I want to gather data and store them into Data Centers and finally gather them into my main server.
I have Main Cacti and RDC1 RDC2 RDC3 and ... Now I want to RDC[n] send their graph to main collector.
Can I implement it with RDC ?
After installion of RDC, RDC got all of data from main server. I need to get data from its data center and get data to my main server.
And finally I want to see my graph of data centers in my main server,

you are basically describing the functionality of the remote data collectors.

You need to assign the devices to each remote data collector, so the main poller does not poll anything.
