Undefined index: id in file functions.php on line: 2965

Hi, I get this error when I create a device on version 1.2.22. The solution is to change "id" to "id_host".

This bug also affects the creation of directories in structured mode both locally and when using rrdtool proxy.

Please correct in next versions.
