We are having an issue regarding the cacti. When we adding a device on cacti which is cisco devices, it successfully added but when we click the create a graph it takes long to pull the data, it takes a minutes or more before it shows the port that need to pull the data, is there any server requirement on this?

How many graphs were you trying to create at once? For the Graph Template there is an option to "Validate Data" before allowing the graph creation, you can uncheck it and it will go faster.
It will go real slow if you have lost access to SNMP on the device also in these cases.
