Poller interferes plugin?

Hi folks!
I'm asking for help in solving a strange problem, because I have no idea how to deal with this.

My spec: docker cacti v1.2.22 + weathermap 0.98a (https://github.com/thurban/plugin_weathermap).

The problem is that when the cron task (poller.php) starts, then on the weathermap some links turn gray as if there is no data there. It takes for about a minute and then everything is restored until the next start.

Could you help with advice on how to solve this? Thank you.
